WARSAW, POLAND — On June 23, 2026, Polish and Ukrainian cultural leaders will gather to ensure culture anchors Ukraine's recovery. The OBMIN Foundation and the National Library of Poland will host the event at the prestigious Palace of the Commonwealth in Warsaw. This strategic meeting serves as an official pre-conference to the Ukraine Recovery Conference happening in Gdańsk on June 25, 2026.
The Core Premise: Culture is what makes us human and creates Security
This forum builds upon the momentum of three previous high-level OBMIN forums: the Ukraine Culture Security Forums in Berlin (2024) and Warsaw (May 2026), and the "Resilient Culture. Cultural Resilience" conference in Kyiv (April 2026).
