The Ivan Kavaleridze Museum-Workshop in Kyiv is a museum dedicated to the outstanding Ukrainian sculptor Ivan Kavaleridze. It was established in 1993 at 21 Andriivskyi Uzviz, where in 1911 the artist worked on the monument to Princess Olga.
The museum has over 5,000 exhibits dedicated to the life and work of the master, in particular sculptures, models and designs, fragments of monument designs, sketches for monument designs created by the artist, many originals of his easel sculptures, memorabilia, rare photographs from the artist's life, manuscripts of scripts for the films ‘Koliushchyna’ , ‘Prometheus’, archival materials, etc. Near the museum, in a small garden, several of the sculptor's works that did not fit in the museum are on display, in particular the original of the first monument to Princess Olga, which was destroyed by the Bolsheviks.
The museum regularly hosts art exhibitions. In addition, contemporary artists constantly donate their own works to the museum.
