On 19 February 2019, the Serge Lifar Museum (a branch of the Kyiv History Museum) was opened, dedicated to the outstanding dancer and choreographer Serge Lifar (1905, Kyiv - 1986, Lausanne), based on a part of Serge Lifar's collection donated to Kyiv. At present the museum does not have its own building (only the collection), but it carries out active research, exhibition and educational work. In 2024, 7 projects were implemented.
